                           CHOICE OR PRIORITY

Life is an enthralling challenge divided between priority and option,

Coming into this world was the topmost priority given,

But how we dominate our lives is an option,

Adorning your lips and tongue with kind words is a choice,

But then you become the precedence to the ones whose hearts you touch,

The way you earn your living is a preference,

But the possibility to make a lawful morsel should be a priority,

Thousands are surviving on the planet as a criterion,

But only a few make it their priority to dictate the hearts,

A fragile transparent string lies between option and priority,

When you love someone, see that you are their priority, not an option,

When you become a priority, you become leaders of the heart,

Or you end up becoming a slave to their wish,

Our heart is a devoted slave but a tyrant commander,

Always opt to maintain your desires under control and enjoy the devotion,

Death is an unpleasant certainty which we must confront,

But before that, make a meaningful life your priority.
